Flights and Transfers

We provide a transfer service from Malta International Airport for students regardless of the time and day of arrival. After collecting their luggage, students must proceed to the IELS / LAL stand where an representative will be waiting for them.

Students should make use of the luggage labels and clearly show the host family/hotel/apartment address so that our airport representatives can identify their transportation. These labels can be supplied to agents and students upon request. Even if you do not have labels, your luggage must be clearly labelled with your name and accommodation address, and you should include a card with your name and home address/telephone number inside each item of luggage in case it becomes lost.

The representative will welcome the student, provide him with a Welcome Pack which will also include a Student Card, answer any questions and take the student to their transport. On the Welcome Pack there is also the time when the students must be in school for his/her placement test.

Gozo Transfers are provided from/to Malta International Airport for all students who join our summer courses at LAL Gozo in Għajnsielem.

Please note: It is absolutely essential to send us the exact flight details (date, time, flight number) with the booking at least two weeks prior to arrival, to ensure that transfers can be arranged and host families know when to expect the students.
